Aller au contenuMotorcycle stickers and decals are custom vinyl graphics that let you personalize your bike’s fairing, tank, wheels, or helmet. Our stickers are made in France from high-durability polymer vinyl, UV and weather-resistant for 5 to 7 years of outdoor use.
Motorcycle stickers made from polymer vinyl last 5 to 7 years outdoors, resisting UV exposure, rain, mud, and pressure washing, while monomer vinyl is suited to flat surfaces only. At StickersProject, every custom motorcycle sticker starts with your brief: artwork, color palette, dimensions, and finish are all configurable before production.
Customization begins with your choice of design – personal logo, graphic pattern, or a replica of an existing kit. You then select your colors from the full swatch chart and set the dimensions to match your bike’s exact surfaces. All custom decal stickers are die-cut to shape, with no white border or carrier background left on the final piece.
Browse our full personalization options in the custom number plate stickers section.
Race number stickers for motorcycles are a core part of our catalogue – used on cross, trail, and supermoto bikes both on and off the track. Number font, size, background color, and outline are all adjustable. The same process applies to sponsor logos: upload your vector file, confirm the proof, and your custom decals ship within our standard lead time.
Motorcycle stickers cover every surface of the bike, from the tank and fairing to the wheel rims and helmet shell. Each type is engineered for the specific surface, curvature, and exposure conditions it will face.
The tank and side fairings are the most exposed surfaces on any bike – subject to constant vibration, UV, and contact with gear and hands. Our motorcycle fairing stickers use polymer vinyl with optional matte or gloss lamination for a clean finish on curved surfaces.
Motorcycle wheel stickers follow the exact profile of your rim, die-cut to fit the bead area precisely. They resist heat from the brakes and road debris, and apply in a single continuous arc for a factory-clean look.
Motorcycle helmet stickers require a flexible vinyl that conforms to the compound curves of a shell without bubbling or lifting at the edges. Find our full range in the helmet decal kits section, with formats sized for full-face, modular, and open-face helmets.
Off-road riding pushes stickers harder than any road use: constant mud spray, high-pressure hose-downs after every ride, and heat cycles from the engine casing. Our dirt bike sticker kits use reinforced polymer vinyl rated for these conditions. For complete graphics kits covering shrouds, fenders, and side panels, see our dirt bike graphics kits category.
The stickers category covers headlight, logo, fun, and custom decals available across all models. For complete graphics kits with pre-built templates matched to your specific model, see our brand categories:
The logo stickers section lets you add a brand emblem or sponsor mark to any model, independently of a full kit.
Motorcycle stickers made from polymer vinyl last 5 to 7 years outdoors, resisting UV exposure, rain, mud, and pressure washing, while monomer vinyl is suited to flat surfaces only. This material choice is the single biggest factor separating a sticker that holds season after season from one that lifts and fades within the year.
Polymer vinyl is the correct material for outdoor motorcycle applications. Its molecular structure gives it the flexibility to conform to curved surfaces – tank, fairing, helmet – without cracking or peeling through repeated heat and cold cycles. Without lamination, polymer vinyl film typically sits between 75 and 100 microns depending on the grade; with a protective laminate layer, total thickness reaches approximately 180 microns for additional scratch and abrasion resistance.
Monomer vinyl is a lower-cost alternative suited to flat, indoor, or short-term applications. It shrinks on curved surfaces and degrades rapidly under sustained UV exposure. Every sticker we produce uses polymer vinyl – Made in France.
Our polymer vinyl stickers resist outdoor UV exposure for 5 to 7 years under normal conditions. They are fully waterproof and withstand pressure washing provided the nozzle is kept at least 30 cm from the sticker surface and rotary nozzles are avoided, as they concentrate the jet at a fixed point and can lift the edge of any adhesive vinyl.
The headlight stickers use the same protection spec, with a formulation suited to the heat generated by the headlight housing.
The most common cause of sticker failure is surface preparation, not the sticker itself. Clean the surface with a degreaser, rinse with clean water, and allow it to dry completely. Any trace of dust, oil, or silicone wax will compromise the bond.
Once the surface is clean and dry, position the sticker dry – without removing the backing – to confirm alignment. Mark your reference points lightly if needed. For large tank graphics, a positioning tape line across the centerline of the tank helps keep the kit symmetrical.
Peel back one corner of the backing, align the exposed edge, and press down from the center outward using a soft squeegee or a credit card wrapped in a cloth. Work section by section, peeling the backing progressively rather than all at once. Any small bubbles can be chased to the nearest edge with the squeegee. For stubborn bubbles, a single pin prick at the center of the bubble followed by firm pressure eliminates the trapped air.
StickersProject offers a professional installation service for customers who prefer to have the full kit fitted by a specialist.
Yes. Our polymer vinyl stickers use a pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated to release cleanly from factory paint, clear coat, and most aftermarket finishes. Avoid applying to bare metal, freshly painted surfaces (under 30 days old), or surfaces treated with silicone-based products.
Polymer vinyl stickers last 5 to 7 years under normal outdoor UV exposure. Under optimal conditions with lamination, polymer vinyl film can last up to 10 years. Monomer vinyl has a shorter lifespan and is not suitable for motorcycle exterior use.
Yes, with the right vinyl grade. Helmet shells have tight compound curves that require a flexible vinyl. Our helmet sticker range uses a thinner, high-conformability polymer vinyl that stretches without whitening and bonds securely to ABS and polycarbonate shells.
All our motorcycle stickers are UV-resistant and waterproof. The polymer vinyl base resists rain, road spray, and mud. For pressure washing, keep the nozzle at minimum 30 cm distance and avoid rotary tips. Matte or gloss lamination is available for additional surface protection.
In everyday use the terms are interchangeable. Technically, a decal is typically applied using a water-slide or dry-transfer method, while a sticker is self-adhesive vinyl applied directly. At StickersProject, both terms refer to self-adhesive polymer vinyl graphics – die-cut to shape or printed on a transparent carrier.
Yes. Race number stickers, name plates, and sponsor logos are among our most popular custom orders. You configure the number, font, color, and size directly when ordering. Custom files – logos, personal artwork – can be uploaded in vector or high-resolution format.
The key is to apply progressively: position the sticker dry first, then peel the backing from one corner and press from the center outward with a soft squeegee. Never pull the backing off entirely before pressing. Work on a warm, dry surface – cold vinyl is stiffer and traps air more easily.
Apply gentle heat with a hair dryer or heat gun set to low, working over the sticker for 20 to 30 seconds until the vinyl softens. Peel from a corner at a low angle (less than 30 degrees) to avoid stretching. Any remaining adhesive residue lifts cleanly with an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Do not use solvents on clear coat.
StickersProject makes motorcycle stickers and decals in France from premium polymer vinyl, fully customizable in colors, dimensions, and finish. Whether you ride a Kawasaki Z900, a Yamaha MT-09, an Africa Twin, or a KTM off-road – we have the template and the material to match.
