The Kawasaki Z800 – a naked built from 2013 to 2016 only

The Kawasaki Z800 is an 806 cc inline-4 naked bike produced exclusively from 2013 to 2016, replaced by the Z900 in 2017. This middleweight supernaked delivers 106 hp (78.2 kW) at 10,000 rpm in standard configuration (113 hp unrestricted), 80.5 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm, and a fully adjustable inverted 41 mm front fork. Wet weight: 229 kg.

The Z900 launched in 2017 is a distinct model with a different fairing architecture – no Z900 graphics kit is interchangeable with Z800 panels. If you own a 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016 Z800, your bike belongs to a four-year-only production run. Purpose-built Z800 z800 graphics solutions are increasingly rare on the market. Our kit remains one of the few still available with fairings cut specifically for this discontinued model.

Fit, installation and care

Fit: this graphics kit is designed for Kawasaki Z800 fairings produced from 2013 to 2016. It is compatible with all standard annual versions. For SE or e-version variants, contact us via the on-site chat before ordering.

Installation: clean and degrease the fairings thoroughly before application. Work at room temperature with a soft squeegee to remove any air. Wet application is possible on large panels to allow repositioning before final adhesion.

Care: avoid high-pressure washing for 48 hours after installation. Clean with a soft cloth. Once cured, the vinyl resists UV, water and HP cleaning.
